Can’t give enough praise to The Sauna Place! The whole team here is exceptional! My kit was delivered quickly and the directions made install a breeze. I had to swap the heater for a different one, my fault, and the staff at The Sauna Place were very understanding and easy to work with to make sure I got the correct one for my sauna! Do not look anywhere else except for The Sauna Place. We will be adding saunas to our other locations and The Sauna Place has earned my business for life!

I purchased 2 saunas from The Sauna Place for my home and summer lake cabin. One was a precut sauna and one was a Heritage prebuilt. The precut has about twice as much square feet as the prebuilt and the cost was about the same. It took much longer to build though, as I built them mostly by myself, about a month and a half plus shipping delay of one month. The prebuilt only took a week and it shipped in about a week. I would say the skills needed for each are similar. The prebuilt should require less skills because the wall sections bolt together but some of the fasteners didn’t line up correctly and were a challenge to overcome. Also on the prebuilt they give you three times more screws than you need but they are very poor quality and the heads strip out even though they are star head screws. So if you have to remove one it’s a hassle. Everything (except the heater) on the prebuilt is manufactured in the Philippines. I wish they would give you less screws of better quality. It came out nice though and looks great. I am happy with both saunas and The Sauna Place was great, quickly resending some missing parts on the precut sauna. One more thing regarding the lighting. I tried to order recessed lighting for the precut but it wasn’t available so I went with two wall lights. They look nice but are in the way of my head when sitting on the upper bench. Luckily I was able to raise them up enough to be out of the way. I didn’t put the wall light in the prebuilt for that reason. Don’t need it and it would be so in the way. There are outside LED lights that give off enough light. I would go with the recessed lighting if it’s available. I would say the precut was a more satisfying experience and came out a little nicer and larger of course, if you have the time.

Brian and Brian are the best. Purchased my Harvia heater here and their customer service is second to none. Had lots of questions and they graciously answered them all and kept reminding me to call again if needed.Can’t say enough about how helpful they were and my saunas up and running and looks great.Thanks guys !!

Over the top competent and knowledgeable about a wide range of topics seemingly outside their product suite. Tracey was extremely helpful walking me through a number of troubleshooting steps on my Huum controller. Problem was clearly a user error (me) but it was nice to get the help even though it was after hours. About the Huum heater, I could not be more satisfied. The smartphone app makes using this heater and my sauna a snap. The ability to set a start time for the morning when going to bed is outstanding as I can walk downstairs at 05:00 and the sauna is piping hot. Highly recommend The Sauna Place!

The cedar sauna door with bronze tinted window I purchased hasn’t been installed as yet but after unpacking it I was immediately impressed by the quality. It is a beautiful door and I anticipate it will be beautiful as well as functional after installation. The door was packed well and delivered via freight in the time frame that was promised. The delivery person was very nice as well! Thank you for making my sauna remodeling project a success. Update: Door is installed and as anticipated, it’s beautiful. I found a wonderful 80 year old carpenter with a lifetime of experience and with his 70 year old helper they cut a hole in the back wall of the entryway closet and had it installed in less than 5 hours. Now I don’t have to go outside in the cold to access the sauna and shower but can just walk right in from the comfort of my home.
