Sauna time is fantastic. And it has amazing health benefits too, including lowering stress, improving cardiovascular performance, flushing toxins from the body, inducing deeper sleep and cleansing the skin. To experience these benefits, visit the sauna at least once a week. If this is the frequency, you can pack in three sessions of sauna time. This means you spend around 10 minutes in the sauna, then step out to cool off and take a shower, and then go back for another session.
You can use a sauna three or four times during the week, with one or two sessions each. Spending 10-15 minutes in a sauna every day is a great way to stay healthy. If you’re going daily, limit your time in the sauna and stick to only one session. Avoid spending more than 30 minutes in the sauna.
