The Heritage Lux Belvedere Air is a premium, large sauna that ships in two crates. Please be advised:

• Oversized Shipment: One pallet exceeds 16 feet in length.
• Equipment Needed: Customers must have access to a loading dock or a forklift with extended forks at the delivery site to unload the vehicle.
• No Liftgate: Because of the pallet's length, the delivery truck cannot use a standard liftgate to lower the item to the ground.
