    The Friendliest Staff

    I mistakenly bought a sauna from Bathing Brands and they recommended the wrong size heater and were awful to work with for warranty claims. I stubbled across The Sauna Place while trying to find answers Bathing Brands refused to give and they were and have been amazing! They were not concerned with making money but finding me a solution and were very empathic with the situation I was in. I will only buy from them here on out for anything I need for my sauna.
