    Great Customer Support

    I had a great experience with Sauna Place from start to finish. Before ordering, I spoke with their support team and they were very helpful in walking me through the differences between two heater options and helping me choose the right one for my setup.

    I ended up ordering a Harvia Xenio CX45 controller and a Harvia Cilindro 9 kW heater. Shipping was fast and free, the rocks were included, and it was the best deal I could find anywhere online. As a bonus, they’re local to me.

    After installation, I learned that my electrician had wired the heater incorrectly. The Sauna Place support was able to quickly show me exactly what was wrong and how it should be installed, which was incredibly helpful.

    The stove performs great and the control unit has been excellent as well. The Xenio app isn’t the most full-featured, but being able to start the sauna remotely is extremely convenient. Overall, I’m very happy with both the products and the support and would highly recommend Sauna Place.
