I have had saunas as part of my entire life and having this heater makes my recovery and daily life better. I not only am able to detoxify my body, relax through meditation but as I’ve aged, I feel my life continues to get better throughout- all due to the health and mental health benefits of sauna.

Seems like the Harvia KIP heater is the Toyota Camry of sauna heaters. It's basic, reliable and is very functional. Our sauna once heated runs at 190-195, which is our desired temp in our Almost Heaven Sutton sauna. It can be adjusted with the thermostat. Our electrician had no issues with the install. There isn't much that can go wrong with two buttons. I'd love if there was a seperate controller than on the bottom with our unit, but it's perfect for our setup. Very happy with our purchase.

Bought this for our in home custom sauna build. Heats up very quickly and is easy to use. Set the temp and either turn it on or set the timer for a delayed start.
Use the Harvia provided calculation (on their website) to see which KW level you need. Takes into account the size of your sauna as well as any cold surfaces (stone, glass etc) to make sure you get one that will be powerful enough for your space.
Our space was between the 4.5 and 6KW size and we opted up for faster heating. Can easily get your space over 200 if well insulated (depending on placement of the temperature probe which will shut off the heater if it thinks it's getting too hot.)
