Took longer than expected with all the research... but we're now enjoying our sauna that has studded walls with R6 reflective panels tapped off, and includes aluminum foil barrier under the cedar siding. Used cedar lumber to construct all inside framing and door. Harvia heater does a great job heating takes about 30 minutes to reach desired temp for a 30min session.
